Porter Road Closures

Porter Road will have major tree work during the week of March 16-20. The road will be closed during the day and opened back up during the evening.

DUMPSTER DAY AND SHRED-IT SPRING 2026

College Township is proud to announce that in conjunction with the Village they will also be offering shredding of paperwork this Dumpster Day. The hours of Shred-it will be from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon.

The Spring 2026 Dumpster Day for College Township residents will be May 2 from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon located at the Village Maintenance Building on the south end of Meadow Lane. Items should be separated by appliances; steel and other metal items, and trash (items that do not fit any of the above descriptions). NO HAZARDOUS WASTE ITEMS OR RECYCLABLES WILL BE COLLECTED AT THIS TIME.

Dumpster Day is funded by and open to College Township and Village of Gambier residents only. Please bring some form of identification that shows location of ownership within these boundaries. A utility bill or any form that shows your address will be accepted. Should you have any questions, email lkingct2016@gmail.com.

2025 Annual Financial Report

DUMPSTER DAY SPRING 2026

The 2025 Annual Financial Report for College Township has been completed and a paper copy is available for public inspection at the College Township Service Center, 102 E. Brooklyn Street, Gambier, OH. If you wish to view the report please contact Courtney DeCosky, Fiscal Officer, by email at collegetownshipoh@gmail.com to arrange a date and time for inspection.

ELECTRONIC RECYCLING

The Village of Gambier will now offer electronic recycling on the first Friday of each month from 8:30-11:00 am. Please find them in the parking lot in front of the library.

Please note: old/broken string lights like Christmas lights are recyclable.
